This year, the students, parents, and faculty joined for our 2nd Annual Advent Tree Lighting. We were blessed with the presence of Father Jon Job who led us in liturgical prayer and reflection as we began the Advent season as a school community. We thank him for joining us and always being a great part of AMBS. We also joined to sing along with the AMBS Choir led by Mrs. Carroll. "Oh Come, Oh Come Emanuel" was our featured hymn as we walked out to witness the lighting of our Advent tree, located on the front lawn of our school. As our tree was trimmed in beautiful ornaments and the special Advent ribbon inscribed with prayers, wishes, and hopes of the student body for this miraculous season, we celebrated and reflected on the true meaning of Christmas together.
"I hope everyone has a great time with family during Advent."
"I pray that everyone has a reason to smile this Christmas."
"I wish that all soldiers are finally safe and sound this Christmas season... home for the holidays."
"I hope that everyone remembers that Jesus is the best gift any of us could ever receive."
Lastly, we would like to thank Mrs. Marissa Bednarek for putting together this special event for everyone. We are blessed to have you as part of our school! God Bless you and your families during Advent and ALWAYS!
