JAMUN is a one-day conference specifically designed for middle schoolers to provide them the opportunity to further their skills in public speaking, communication, and collaboration.  Approximately 200 students in grades 5 through 8 from the New York metropolitan area took part in this exciting and enlightening experience on May 12, 2018.

Our Model UN students won multiple awards at this year's  Model UN competition at Bergen Academy. Our team won Best Delegate- the top award at the competition. Individual awards went to Gabriella for Outstanding Delegate and honorable mention awards to Anna, Jacob, and Amanda. We are so proud of our team and their mentor/advisor Mr. D for a successful year. They certainly practiced and excelled in politics, international relations, current events, public speaking, debate Skills, and teamwork. They will be our next world leaders.
