Teaches Religion
Previously Taught: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grades
In Spring 2011, I was lucky enough to have been placed here at AMBS for my semester of student teaching. I student-taught in the 3rd grade classroom. Later in the Spring, I was offered the 4th grade homeroom position for the 2011-2012 school year. For the 2012-2013 school year, I was moved down into 2nd grade in order to split the very large class. Then, for the 2013-2014 year, I was moved back up to the 4th grade homeroom position where I remained until July 2022. I also served as the Instructional Coordinator for Grades K-4.
I graduated from Felician College in 2011 (now Felician University) with honors. I hold a degree in both English Literature and K-5 Education with an endorsement in Special Education. I am currently pursuing a M.A. in Education Leadership, Management and Policy at Seton Hall University.
In July 2022 I was appointed Interim Principal at AMBS - a dream come true. I am honored and excited to serve and work with the amazing staff and student body here at AMBS.
I truly loved being a teacher and continue to teach Religion today. All students should be encouraged to be the best they can be. Every student is unique in their own amazing way so it’s important to treat each one as an individual.
