Students can view and access assignments on Google Classroom.
All students in our classes will use their AMBS gmail accounts to login, view, and sometimes send assignments.
All students are responsible for their Reading and Writing notebooks. Students should be sure not to lose their notebooks, as they will need them for school.
Students will be using the Vocabulary Workshop books to complete assignments each full week of school. If there are five full days of school, then they will be doing a vocabulary unit that week. There are some exceptions, such as weeks with lots of activities (Christmas, Easter, Catholic Schools Week, etc).
Students will be using the Grammar for Writing workbooks to help with their academic and creative writing.
Along with assigned reading (novels, short-stories, poems, etc.) students should have their own independent reading book.
